NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on January 3, 2017, immediately following the
Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall,
N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the
Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning
Committee concerning the application of Clover Hill Dairy LLC, W4306
Cloverland Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 . Compass Surveying LLC, 611
KIngswood Avenue., Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is initiating the rezoning.

Rezoning will be 3.826 acres this includes road right away

Rezoned from A-1 Farmland Preservation to A-2 General Agriculture.

Location: A part of the NW1/4 of the SW 1/4
Section 14, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s
recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board
will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting
is open to the public.

Jeff & Jackie Lindsley rezoning at the Ashford Town Hall, N 1410
Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Planning Committee will
conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town
Zoning Board the application of Clover Hill Dairy LLC, W4306
Cloverland Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. Rezoning will be from  A-1
Farmland Preservation to A-2 General Agriculture.  Rezoning will be
3.826 acres this includes road right away. Purpose of rezoning is to
create a single family home of an original farm tract. Compass
Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood Avenue , Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is
initiating the rezoning.
