TOWN OF ASHFORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 15, 2017 @ 7:00 pm at the Ashford Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of James and Debra McCarty, W3593 Hillside Lane, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Rezoning will be Lot 1 from A-1( Exclusive Agriculture/ Farmland Preservation) to ER (Exclusive Residential). Outlot 1 and Outlot 2 will be rezoned from A-1( Exclusive Agriculture/Farmland Preservation) to A-2( General Agriculture). Rezoning for Lot 1 is 1.265 acres , Outlot 1 is 15.600 acres and Outlot 2 is 23.948 acres. Purpose of rezoning is to divide a lot around the existing home on this parcel and to divide a parcel to be purchased and used as hunting by Ben McCarty, the son of the new owner.
