April 19, 2017 Town of Ashford Zoning Board Meeting Notice

TOWN OF ASHFORD
                                        
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on May 15, 2017, immediately following the
Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall,
N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. 

The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its
recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of
James and Debra McCarty, W3593 Hillside Lane, Campbellsport, WI 53010.


Property is located on Midland Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 Compass
Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood Avenue., Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is
initiating the rezoning.

Rezoning will be Lot 1 is 1.265 acres, Outlot 1 is 15.600 acres and
Outlot 2 is 23.948 acres
Rezoning will be Lot 1 from A-1(Exclusive Agriculture/Farmland
Preservation) to ER (Exclusive Residential). Outlot 1 and Outlot 2
will be rezoned from A-1(Exclusive Agriculture/Farmland Preservation)
to A-2(General Agriculture).

Location: A part of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ and a part of the
SW 1/4 of the NE ¼ 
Section 22 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s
recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board
will take final action on the application at this meeting. 

The meeting is open to the public.
