TOWN OF ASHFORD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on July 23, 2019, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Floyd and Elizabeth Rettler, N1478 County Rd. W, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Jacob Land Surveying LLC, W8057 Randallwood Ln., Fond du Lac, WI 54937  is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is owners want to build a new house and sell existing house to son.  Rezoning is 2 acres.

Rezoning will be Farmland Preservation to Exclusive  Residential.

 Location: SE ¼ -NW ¼ and NE ¼ of the SW ¼

Section 13 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
